Biography
Joel
won the Glastonbury slam in 2003. He's been on Radio 3, BBC7,
BBC Scotland, ITV and BBC Choice, which doesn't exist any
more but did at the time. He's been published in Eggbox, Unica,
Ditto, Backlash and Concrete, as well as in the collection
Concertina (Pen & Inc, 2004) and the Aisle16 book Live
From The Hellfire Club (Eggbox, 2005). For a while, he ran
creative writing workshops at the University of East Anglia.
He's done gigs in London, Manchester, Norwich, York, Penzance,
Bath, Coventry, St Ives, Sheffield, Leeds, Chelmsford, Bristol,
Cambridge, Liverpool and Edinburgh. But not in that order.
Also, he likes dogs.
